Itsy By Treebo - D'Comfort Inn

stayed for couple of days. budget friendly and hassel free. for short trips or business trips , this would be an excellent choice. it is on the main road and in a walking distance, nice botanical garden and huge park. AMB mall is pretty close by. Staff are excellent and very accommodative and prompt in service. so many eateries, street foods and curry points. if you bring eateries or parcel foods, they will provide plates. staff dont disturb unless called for. Although, they provide complementary (free of cost breakfast, it is not so great. staff, Provide water bottles if asked for. Over , all i enjoyed my stay there. Go to the hotel and book room if possible. probably that would be cheaper

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND GET FOOLED BY TREEBO PROMISES”. Either Treebo is not serious about delivery of its so-called promises or the hotel management don’t care about the damage its making to the Treebo brand. I have already shared my feedback with the Treebo customer support however sharing it here for everyone else who relies on reviews to find a suitable accommodation. 1. I had booked 6 maple/ deluxe rooms for 2 nights at “Itsy By Treebo - D'Comfort Inn” however due to building maintenance we were moved to the next building (operated by same management) named "Itsy By Treebo - Dunes Inn" with a promise of similar service. However, we were misled by being provided small size room i.e. 3 deluxe and 3 standard rooms. To compensate, hotel staff promised to provide another standard room within same building however later changed this additional room to previous hotel without confirming with me and insisted on using this room without washroom access. Eventually, we ended up not using this room. He further supported his action by saying “we added additional mattress to accommodate all the guest”. He simply made sure this hotel should be called a “dharamshala”. 2. on Jan 11 morning, most of the hotel washrooms were out of water supply and ended up in complete chaos with no effort by hotel manager/ staff to resolve it. Rather they started blaming each other leading customer getting involved, filling buckets from operational washrooms and supplying to other rooms. Hotel staff could have done the same had they were trained to deal with this kind of situations. Hotel management states “they are experienced in hotel industry for last 7+ years”. Yes, they are but NOT in HOSPATILITY but IN HOSTILITY. Is this your “BEST IN CLASS SERVICE WITH WELL TRAINED STAFF” promise? 3. Breakfast meant for the customers were kept on the stairs and hotel staff was moving over/ around it. Is this your “A WHOLESOME BREAKFAST” promise? THIS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER BOOKED. This hotel should be put under inspection by Treebo and dissociated from using Treebo branding until found compliant. As I stated in the beginning, I made a mistake by trusting Treebo branding attached to this hotel/ property and had this worst ever experience. I hope this review will help you in making an informed decision.
